I would assume that no matter how busy you are, you would be able to handle an op that consists of 8 words. 👆

Bills wins then. But MM is not weak, will be a decent fight.

Not much way for MM to win. TP and phasing are the two things that would allow him to make up for his (slight) gap in base stats and versatility.

Martian Manhunter is Superman strength and speed level easy, Beta Ray is going down, wont be easy but hes going down for sure.

Bill is arguably stronger than Superman by feats.
