The only feat he has ever had his rage amplified with is when he first gets the guantlet and doomrays the Wyrm and Massassi followed by Freedon Nadd, he never even uses Force Blast again.
The temples are ones he built and thus his power is what corrupted Yavin IV's temples in the first place so marginal at best aid there.
The amulets he and Ulic gain have only had one effect: summoning the Sith Spirit Committee.
However Nyriss was on Dromund Kaas and in her compound which was apparently so filled to the brim with Sith artifacts that she was using Holocrons for lamps. So yes she was most definitely amped and basically speedblitzed her opponents because of it.
