Mm, I don't like use of the word 'retarded' as a pejorative.

Anyway, I think Xesh has the force edge, but Shaak in sabers. I'd lean Shaak, but it's a battle.

He can or subdue her with TK, he is more powerful than her by a bit. She can likely redirect his lightning, but I'm not seeing any evidence she's that far above him in sabers

She has some nice dueling feats, and his dueling is only ok- he did pretty well at first due to enemies not being able to parry his forcesaber, but he's not super strong in that area.

He's held his own against multiple force sensitives at once and got the better of them. This impresses me more than Ti beating Magnaguards, and is a somewhat superior showing to fighting just Starkiller.

People seem to think Xesh's skill as a duelist begins and ends with that one fight against the Journeyers lol
