This is Flash from the tv episode that recently started vs the Vampire from True Blood Russell Edgington.

Who pulls the majority?

Based off of how much he gets his ass kicked and how slow he is relative to Smallville Flash, I doubt he wins.

This isn't Smallville Flash.

He's saying considering how noobish and slow Barry Allen(CW Flash) is in comparison to Smallville Flash/Impulse. He doesn't win.

Currently Barry only has a slightly speed advantage (hitting Mach 1 vs max Mach 1.1) with everything else going to the vamp.
