Cold can take the Flash, especially with his cold aura. He can take Cyclops, IMO.

He doesn't have the Aura anymore, unless he got it back again?

He has had it pre and post flashpoint.

Without a cold field, its two guys well versed in using their ranged attacks.

With a cold field the odds favor CC.

Pretty simple.

Im thinking Cyclops because of sheer power.

Cyclops is going to knock CC out when all is said and done. Its not a fight where he's going to need to blow up a house.

He's blocked Weather Wizard's attacks and he has some potent energy projectiles.

He being CC?
Yes. CC has a way better chance of blocking Cyclops' attack than the other way around.
