Bruce has the advsntage of youth vigor and skill.
Thomas due to miraclo has the strength and durability advantage
both are pretty good tactically.
I see Thomas having the advantage of not being so morally bound and willing to do more to achieve his ends. Whether however he would act that way ina fight against a man who is basically his son and the reason he even wears the bat suit is something I think is pretty doubtful.
Gonna say e1 just because Thomas to my mind looses one of his best advantages
