They would be very hard battles but the Hands win in both rounds.
They're highly skilled fighters in their own right, they're more adapt at using the Force than Maul and have powers he doesn't, such as lightning. Plus while they do compete for their Master's favour they are capable of working together if they have to. Maul could beat either of them separately but not both at once.

Yes. Quite possibly via the 'force him in the back while he's fighting the other' move.
Especially in scenario 1 they win. Maul needs to split them up in either scenario to score wins, and I think he only has a chance of that in 2 (though I'd still go them).

Even TPM Darth Maul has some decent TK feats with this version.
Stomps Force sensitive Drovian Silus (he is pretty good at TK), and uses force wave on the field.
Not to mention, force attacks wouldn't work because Darth Maul is just fast enough to dodge it, or he is durable enough to resist few attacks. And don't forget that this Maul survived from cut in half too, means the force was strong with him, (except Sidious) he never get caught by force attacks even against Darth Vader.
TCW Darth Maul can simply stomp them with TK. And he is faster and stronger if not more skilled than his previous version TPM Maul. They can win a few rounds against TPM Darth Maul but round 2 goes Darth Maul everytime.
