True. Never thought of it like that. He does have pretty good showings. Undecided. What other top tiers has he fought? I remember him fighting Hulk again and got worked.

Doc Samson doesn't get taken out so easily when he is fighting against the Hulk. Could be due to their history of being friends, who knows. Does Strong Guy have any other combat fts against powerful opponents?
By the way, Thing beat Strong Guy.
Blob and Thing are the only ones that come to mind and those were both good fights. Guido has the fighters mentality though kinda like Grimm and I think he'll give Samson a good match. Rougue and Guido fought once while Rougue won it was Guidos first appearance so his powers were not yet defined imo.

Also, the Hulk you seen knock Strong Guy out in that scan, Sampson fought this same Hulk (with Spidey help of course) and withstood more than one blow and this Hulk was amped.

Like I said, that was one of Samson's best showings. The other was him fighting Hulk for 6 hours before going down.
His best strength feat was lifting a building.
He's a solid Cl75-90.
And this is before his "Dark Samson" form.
