Even then vader could deploy two rocket punches at a time, or he could fire one then retract it while firing the other. Thus he could machine gun rocket punch her to death or exhaustion.

I think that Vader is a bit overated here as a swordsman. And I consider Bulq as superior to top Councilors like Ti and Koon. It might be a really good fight.
