There is reaction time, fighting ESP, durability and healing factors that all play a part here against the Fist of The North Star.
How does he fare against bullets? Because Deadpool and Slade have a lot of them. I know he caught a single arrow once but unless he has higher reaction feats than that, it doesn't bode well.
Also Midnighter would definitely take more wins than losses imo, at least Pre-52 version, I haven't kept up with the current one.

He blitzed a guy that can hit you a 1109 times in a sec. Their speed means nothing to him. Will post scans soon. Want to post this first. Fast forward to 3 min. His fight against his brother destroys a city with the shockwaves of their hits.

How strong is his brother? His brother punched someone so hard that not only did the guy split in two, but the shockwaves destroyed the skyscraper building/buildings behind them.
They don't stand a chance.
Ken punch Falco so hard that not only does the ground quakes but he splits the sky in half.
Here we have someone that can hit you with 1109 hits to your pressure point in no time.
He use a more deadly technique against Ken, the 10000 hand magic sound fist and Ken blitz him before getting touched.
The guy didn't even see him move and Ken hit his pressure point. When we say DC and Marvel character can punch someone a million times, just know that their are anime beings that has actually done these things (and are still slow compared to others characters in Anime). Ken stomps. He is easily Herald tier.

That AMV is from the movie which is noncanon.
That being said Kenshiro could take on this entire team at once with minimal effort. Musou Tensei guarantees that he doesn't get touched. Everyone dies but Deadpool, who just explodes into goo. Though I know nothing of Midnighter. Oh, Wolverine doesn't die either.

A bullet actually could pierce him. A normal arrow pierced his skin, though it either didn't hurt or he just didn't show any signs of pain. Souther, a character who was able to blitz Kenshiro dodged shotgun fire from point blank range.
