If the "fight" lasts longer than 3 seconds it will only be because Sidious's Toying with them.

The team just makes it more of a stomp in Kolar's favor.

Bulq, Katarn and Ti as well as probably Koon are superior in skill to Kolar and have varying degrees of superior speed feats, especially Ti and Bulq in that department.

I would say putting Katarn, Bulq and Kolar in the line of fire with Ti and Koon in Force support roles MIGHT just be enough to take a few rounds.
