It is a well known fact by this point that Tommy and his Death Eaters go down to children. How will the 3 best dark wizards face off against sugar, spice, and everything nice?

This isn't even a ****ing fight.
The Powerpuff Girls would beat the shit out of them.
No, a single girl would easily solo this encounter. They are consistently portrayed as massively hypersonic in speed, and even have FTL showings under their skirts. Buttercup was physically strong enough to lift a very large man while he was lifting a mountain, and they have physically destroyed meteors the size of cities.
You could add the entire Harry Potter setting, Man of Steel Superman, Hancock, and John McClane to the Death Eater side, and the girls would still probably win.
