His consistent trashing of Nihl, Talon, and other Sith, as well as kicking a physical beast like Stryfe and sending him flying impresses me more than Galen having a rough time with Kazdan Paratus, Shaak Ti, etc. before winning.

Not in a lightsaber duel. She's pretty consistently been able to hold her own reasonably well until he whips out his Force guns. (With the exception of CotD, which was situational.)

Galen was struggling with Shaak Ti,

And she's a more accomplished duelist than any Cade's defeated. Not to mention that Starkiller defeated her a ways before his peak.

Someone who can match Darth Vader in a lightsaber duel is easily competition for Cade.

I'm not sure why people keep brining up Galen almost losing to Ti to gauge his skill. Admittedly, I haven't read the book but in the game she had the help of a Mega-Sarlacc. Not to mention he improved after that.

She would've been amped by Felucia as well

He did beat Nihl in a duel in Claws. Granted Nihl had some shrapnel wounds, but still, cut his arm off.
