It's which bat-rogues could deal if Bruce & Dick were swapped with the team.

They have the power, but lack the smarts to be as effective as the Bat family.

Don't exactly remember what types of bullets/ammo they were. But let's put it this way, her suit was powerful enough to stop a speeding train. Dead in it's tracks.
