Just to clarify I'm not looking for the best feat, just any feat. Like for example Cap was showing benching 1100lbs. once.

The way this scan gets tossed around, it's easy to think of it as "pandering".

But it's really meant as a stealth build up for H'el. Superman has his best feat in years, and H'el still takes his best without any injury whatsoever, and throws him around like a bug. The story itself was kind of boring, but this was a neat way to build up the "monster of the week".

There is a scan I'm trying to find but the narration states that Colossus can lift hundereds of tons.

edit: Sucks about the OHP. Well we all find our limits but a dislocation bites.

Its my own fault. U should never go that heavy ohp and i was showing off. Now i dont do more than 45
