Might be a stalemate. Mephisto certainly wins in his realm, but it would be odd elsewhere. I gotta believe he could toy with Bob's insecurities some, but I'm unsure if that would equal a win.

He could take his soul.

thanos scared the bejeezus out of mephisto outside his realm. sentry isn't thanos, but it would lead me to think sentry would have a chance here. not enough known about mephisto outside hell though to say for sure. my gut says sentry would likely be able to take him, assuming they can't both be ported to hell. in a book mephisto would probably out-think bob for a win.

Bob has no insecurities anymore though.

Mephisto is all over the place tbh.

He's got some strong showings, but he's got some really, really, really low ones as well.

At his lowest Sentry wouldn't even need to try to knock him out...

I'd say Sentry is above Thanos by this point.

Unless you're saying he's not Thanos with regards to another characteristic other than power level.

While I agree with you I am fearing your explanation. Sentry's reputation on these forums is a very 50/50 situation as it is.
