Granted, he might mean current, in which case he's mistaken, but i thought Disco era Dazzler in the context of the thread.

I would personally go with Dagger as the weakest energy projector I can think of...

Every character has high ends feats. Anyway I'm not talking about Wondra or adult Jubilee with experience and upgrades. I'm using teenage Jubilee that only blinded people and shot fireworks. At most someone would get a second degree burn from her. 😄

Just noticed you Rorschach as weakest fighter.
I think Green Hornet is weaker.
Rorschach was bad ass, if untrained.
Hornet is a hero with a body guard.

Yeah I do...and as I was adding her to my list I was thinking of this but was not sure if it was canon or not...possibly a What if.

But I should modify and replace her with Jubilee or perhaps Wasp. Dazzler was able to project decent lasers. Also there's YellowJacket to consider
