It's true you did a good job ducking logical and clear presentation of the director showing Ras being more skilled. Too bad Bucky and Cap won't be able to duck as easily and guys more skilled than them.
Maybe one day we'll get to see him fight some real heavy hitters, but right now he's a minor league *****. 👆
I'd give Ra's great odds against Hawkeye or Widow. Hell I'd say he could take both of them on and make a good show of it. But Bucky and Cap are not only highly skilled(some of the best fighters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe), but phsysically above him to the point that a few full force punches will end his role in this fight. Or just one if they're really in it to win it.

Ra's a weird character in this fight. I feel like he's the most skilled fighter here, but has a big disadvantage in physical stats.
H2H, he definitely gets beat up. With weapons then he stands a good chance... but then again, Winter Soldier gets guns while he just gets swords so that a no go. Against Cap he'd be better off but Cap is great with that shield as well.

Ra's is probably the most skilled, but the least effective, in this match. Either Cap or Bucky would put him down if they got serious. It's close though, as I think that Mirakuru Slade could beat either Bucky or Cap, but not both at once. It all depends on whether Ra's can last long enough against either Bucky or Cap for Slade to take out the other one. If he can, team DC wins. If not, Bucky and Cap win a good fight against Slade (still not going to be easy putting him down though).
