Not disagreeing with you but why the hell do you quote people twice all the time?

I think Colossus is stronger and can take some hits from Hawkman, who has to go close range, where he will get down.

Hawkman punches Colossus so hard, he BFRs him.

How strong is Hawkman?

Pretty strong, if he goes battle mode he could match blockbuster at that strength.

Colossus could easily do the same and bfr hawkman(who is not allowed flight)

Hawkman also has more strength feats and even grappled with wonder woman....

Strong enough. Especially in Berserker mode. A more important question is, how much does Colossus weigh?

Colossus can bfr him also dont act like this is exclusive to hawkman. Most likely He will not go into battle mode because he only did once but he could. Both can eat shots from the other....

A strength feat, AND a BFR feat, all in one handy package.

Some more. This was from Savage Hawkman 20, when he had fully given himself over to the Nth metal:

In case you're wondering, there were two guys who look like Blockbuster, so don't get confused.

You also asked for speed. Problem is, as with most characters, (especially new ones), a lot of their feats can be explained away by aim dodging.

I will post them anyway, and you can decide yourself.

How often has he given in to the metal? Also, did he chase after Blockbuster after bfring him?

Hehe, I knew you would try that - getting predictable. No, he did NOT chase after him - GL Simon Baz brought him down from wherever he was. If you try reading some respect threads, they say blockbuster was punched into low orbit, but personally I don't believe it (even if it would help my case). So a BFR in all senses of the word.

Hawkman was cancelled after this issue (#20). As you can see, he was definitely different from earlier in his series, when he was just learning about the Nth metal and what he could do with it (and was even referenced about his learning in the Deathstroke fight). Later on I can post more scans of his learning journey, if you want.

So to answer your question, how often? Well, he only did it in extreme situations, so once. The rest of the time, his Nth metal was good enough to let him fight (here's Savage #18, so near the end):

Almost GL-like in its creation.

I have seen carver vote against hawkman a lot, funny that he has read no new 52 hawkman. When I do not know much about a character I do research before I decide on who would beat them in a fight.
