Speculation. We have no idea if gamma radiation powers him up. Also, the heat and force at the center of the explosion would be far greater than any potential amp.

Just look at the jumping. Bana Hulk could jump much higher/farther than any other live action movie Hulk.

Ferigno Hulk couldn't even pick up a car.

Bana Hulk agility was above any other, damage soak was of the scale, strength might not be the tip top but he would certainly be the toughest live action hulk.
