Regular Hulk would mop the floor with any of these guys.

Crusher Creel's good, but yeah....not that good. He'll probably absorb Sandman or some retarded shit.

Giving it to Jugs and Hulk then. Sandman is a problem but a Thunderclap should disperse him.

Team 1 and solidly. AM is the only one who can give them much trouble and as said above he's liable to do something stupid like get thrown into Sandman and turn into more sand. Sandman gets thunderclapped and he can't do anything to Juggs who doesn't breath.

IIRC, Savage Hulk once used a metal chunk as a giant fan to get rid of Sandman.
