How do the jedi not win in the saber portion of the fight? Kenobi and Fisto could certainly not only hold their own in sabers but win a majority

Fisto and Kenobi most certainly take this. Gallia was able to give Savage a good fight, Fisto is firmly above her, and the reason she lost was because of a lack of raw power. Fisto is far faster, and stronger than she is and will give Savage a hard fight.

Er, no. You can't take what one character has done and presume another character can just replicate it. Gallia's feats are her own, and there's nothing officially stating she is less skilled than Fisto. I don't disagree with him giving Savage a hard fight though. I see a sabers only bout between him and Savage as being able to go either way.

Savage is frankly better than Fisto. Perhaps not in skill, but his brute force more than makes up for it. And while Kenobi is superior to Maul, he isn't vastly better and Kenobi's defensive style tends to prolong duels.

He was referring to "Sabers only" and even then admits there's no "Vast" difference between the two of them.

IMO Maul and Kenobi will stalemate almost every time until the Plot eventually demands for Obi-Wan to reclaim his Victory over the Sith (probably by getting lucky). But I don't think there will be much of a difference between "Sabers" and "All-Out" except Kenobi may have the "edge" in Sabers and Maul may have the "edge" in an All-Out.

But either way it's going to be a near stalemate the majority of the time Imho.

I think people are underestimating Fisto here. While Savage's brute strength outclasses his, Fisto is far faster and is likely more skilled with a blade. Additionally Fisto was not overpowered by Grievous who has monstrous cyborg strength in saber locks. I do not see how he'll be stomped by Savage.

Shii-Cho is well suited to fighting opponents with multiple blades, and Grievous was fatigued when he fought Fisto.

You need to use better examples Eddard.
