Cognus solos.

Bane charges into the enemy strike team, fights Warren Sedoru, gets killed by. Sedoru's hidden mercenaries, and then Cognus teleports from Bane's tragic defeat

No.

They probably can.

With no prep, a neutral setting, and no lightsaber training, Cognus would die quickly.
Bane would have to contend with all four Jedi.

If Cognus could somehow find a way to hold out and use her force suppression, then team 1 wins.

Otherwise, I don't know enough about the ToR strike team to decide.

Bane jumps in, distracts and kills everyone due to Cognus' Force Suppression.
