So that ONE feat, which isn't classic QS (who is in the low meta tier) is enough?Beatboks' power is his own. Not based on any character. So no real 'basic knowledge' to go off on. Besides, he's already defined - before you posted - what the limits are. And you launching yourself won't do squat lol.
Well I would choose the fastest speed power that would be considered low herald.

Madison Jeffries technokinesis. After turning my condo into my psi shielded Box armor, I'm turning Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, and essentially everywhere from Oakland to San Jose into a self sustaining Sentinel/Nimrod producing factory (all equipped with power dampeners, mind you) that will be programmed to kill anything living save me, and since B-Dub was nice enough to provide us all with tracking devices, I'm replicating (or patching) that tech to feed all of your GPS into the units so they can track you all anywhere on the planet and slaughter you. And given that most of you live very far away it's gonna be nigh impossible for anyone to stop me. At the bell I'm armored up and going underground to create a base, then a flood of robots follows minutes later. I'll be in my psi shielded, power dampening defense laced citadel 12 miles under the Pacific while you all play out the nastier parts of Days of Futures Past.

Oh my.Would that stop someone such as I?
It would probably be in your best interest to stay in your Spot Dimension. If you open a portal into my base I'm sending Sentinels into it, and since you have that tracking device that B-Dub gave to everyone Nimrod is going to be able to track you when your signal passes through the portal. And actually, I think I'll assign a Master Mold specifically to tracking extradimensional activity and dimensional jumping just to play it safe. I'm also equipping myself with my own teleport tech in case you try to BFR me or anyone tries to get the drop on me, and of course shield emitters and Sentinel/Nimrod bodyguards, on top of my Box armor.
*edit
And actually, I think I'll have my Sentinels make a few back up space stations, underwater bases, and a Moon base in case my underwater base gets compromised and I need to teleport away. Might relocate to underground in Antarctica if need be.

I am going up against you; not because of anything personal, but because you have obviously put a lot of thought into this, and have stepped up to the plate. Don't take it personally. The others, so far, have not posed a threat (apart from, in all seriousness, Sin. Her powerset is difficult).
Anyway. This was the initial strategy I had against everyone.
Bell rings, I retreat into Spot world. From there, I am untouchable, un reachable. No speedster is getting me, no Mags, no telepath, no bad weather. Any supplies I need, I port in. These holes occur without warning, so there's no way to plan ahead and trap me across the entire world (hey, if Ohnn managed to bypass the Spidey-sense...)
The time comes, however, to stop turtling, and to attack.
I can designate portals to completely bypass Spotworld. So anything going through them doesn't even get into my world.
I open portals in your base. I don't actually go through; oh no. I fill it with highest grade sand from the Sahara desert. Water from the bottom of the sea (at 16k PSI). Superheated plasma from the core of the Sun. A portal into the vacuum of space. Every time you relocate, I will find you, and I will stream things into your base. Meteorites which usually burn up in Earth's atmosphere. Imagine their speed, now shooting into your base, and onto your base. Molten iron from the Earth's core.
Sending Sentinels into the portals (which is doable if my portals were large; I'm firing thin streams pf plasma etc) won't do much, as you would only end up at the Sun's core/bottom of the sea/Sahara.

I have my own teleportation tech so if my base becomes compromised, which apparently it will, I'm simply going to retreat to another base. Your spot portals and powers have a specific energy signature which the Nimrods will be able to analyze, pinpoint, and then they can relay that information to eachother, teleport to your dimension, and pursue you under their own power (Nimrod's have teleportation and time travel tech, as well as advanced scanners), and my army and I can likely build defenses against your portals once I, via my Nimrod's, have that information. I've also dedicated a Master Mold specifically to killing you so it will be creating countermeasures specifically to deal with your threat, which will include Micro Sentinels and nano tech if need be, which apparently will be necessary if your going to only open small portals. By opening the apertures to my base your giving me and my army or robots the data I need to kill you. The spots will need to remain open for a significant amount of time in order for the sand, lava, meteor, plasma, etc. to fill my base, which means they're open long enough to be analyzed and have that info relayed. I teleport elsewhere, my Sentinels relay the data to eachother, they come for you while you're continuously gunning for me.
Also, with Madison Jeffries/Box powers, I can merge my body with metal (as he does with the Box Armor, which I can form at will) and rebuild it and modify my size via the materials around me, even shrinking down to mini size or growing to Godzilla size by taking on additional materials. I can reform myself and keep moving or just create a space ship and zip around at light speed, and my bodyguard Sentinels can protect me. My army will eventually find you and kill you as they will be able to act and coordinate independent of me. Once I set the Sentinel Army in motion I really just have to dedicate my efforts to staying alive in my Box armor, and given my access to resources living in such a developed place as the Bay Area with an abundance of materials and cities to manipulate, I have pretty much limitless resources. The West Coast becomes my initial Citadel. Once I create my first few Master Molds, Sentinels, and Nimrods in Oakland I don't even have to dedicate my time to tracking you all down, my army can do all that as they build up their ranks.
Beatboks, I completely agree that reading your mind might have put me inside yours phere of influence (though Blair came down on that), but I was debating that psychic bolts and the like do not require a connection at all. No more than aiming a bullet does. And they can be sent from the other side of globe (especially here without the Marvel range-dampener).
