As in, when I'm in my world, suddenly I open a portal into your world and pop out?I just wanted a big headed mouse lol.
The tech gave me a 50mile radius, nothing more exact.
Basically I'm wondering if my TP would travel through the portal to reach you. J'onn has TP'd across dimensions before, so I'm inclined to think yes, but I could be wrong.
Also, would your scanner work if you were in another dimension? Who knows.
Either way, I think everyone is pretty much going to be decimating Delph at the beginning.

I hate using KMC on my phone.
I dont mind Martian Manhunters level of shapeshifting, but im not sure i can allow growing a TP organ. You are not Martian Manhunter. Unless you choose Martian physiology (not martian level shapeshifting) because youd passively know how to make it but that would put you over the level.
So, you know, decide based on that.

Ah man. I thought since we had the knowledge of how to use our powers like the character, and J'onn has actually done as such, it was a legit tactic
Hmm, this could change things.

This. Gotta take it to the big gun first
Bring it. By the time you guys get to Califorinia I'll have a few dozen Nimrods, Sentinels, and Master Molds assembled and waiting for you and will already have teleported to Rio de Janeiro to repeat the process in South America while some of my Nimrods are sent off to reproduce themselves all over the world and you can't track them. I can instantly assemble robots and you guys don't know my exact location, just a 50 mile radius, and that doesn't include the depth if I'm deep underground/underwater or altitude if I'm on a space station (which I can assemble, btw). I could build a space ship and set up shop on Mars, mining the planet for ore and teleporting thousands upon thousands of Sentinels back to Earth. And now that you guys have banded together against me I'm gonna create a series of satellites and outfit my sentinels with beacons which replicate the gps signal of my tracker and gives you guys false positives of my location. You won't even know which blip is the real me.

Ha! Eventually your forces will diminish. Mj isn't a speedster. He can't insta create machines it takes time to gather the initial materials. Plus you're doing it under your own knowledge. There's still a learning curve. Plus we all know your location and your potential. You'd be hard pressed to get anything accomplished

You know I'm in the Bay Area. That's about it. A 50 mile square radius encompasses San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, etc. You wouldn't know my precise location, you'd just know you'd better head West as fast as possible or your all dead.
As far as how long it takes me to assemble tech:
^I can instantly assemble complex machinery. I also am surrounded by literally tons upon tons of steel and wiring. I live in the Bay. I could turn the Golden Gate Bridge into Voltron.
By the time you guys get to Cali ya'll are ****ed.

Maddison Jeffries needed several years to fill the Weapon X storage of fairly low-tier Sentinels. That's when he was working 24-7.
The sentinels in Ecuador that were mass-producing sentinels non-stop 20 years or so managed to create a couple of thousand sentinels as well as two of the giant sentinels (one of which destroyed Genosha).
Forge himself had a hard time creating just one Nimrod.
The Master Mold (Which Captain Britain promptly disposed of might I add) from the Super Adaptoid's hidden nation was able to create a few thousand super-adaptoid/sentinels after working 20 years or so.
All of this happened using the advanced resources of Marvel 616.
Creating something as sophisticated as several nimrods within a few days is quite simply an impossible task in my opinion.
^Not to mention that Delph doesn't actually KNOW how to build any if those things. The scan he posted even showed Jeffries needing outside help for something he didn't know how to make himself. If me growing an organ because I wouldn't know how is banned, surely the same would apply to Delph and his machinery?
We all get a device that shows each other's location? That practically guarantees a speedster or telepath wins. Delph will wind up either blitz KO'd or working for a telepath at the start of the match since everyone will focus on him. He would be too big of a threat otherwise. Spot could be a problem depending on where he is at match start.
Does the device show who has what power?
It's not a no limits fallacy, Madison Jeffries created legions of Sentinels in Weapon X: Days of Futures Now that slaughtered all of Earth's super-humans. I can do the same. I get his powers and his passive cognitive abilities plus my own imagination and personality.
My plan is valid, and you all are dead.
