Plastic Man easily. There's nothing Doc can do. Granted, it won't be simple to put Doc down either, but PM has too many options at his disposal, and will never really be hurt in this fight.

Yeah i'm a big Plas fan, was just curioys as to how a straight up strong guy might fare.
