Sauron can go intangiable though, and at his peak should be past Galadriel who I heard has hardcore feats in Hobbit 3 (cloud splitting on a considerable scale and shaking Dol Guldur and the hills for miles around with a casual attack)

Barring maybe some force hax I'm missing out on, pretty certain speed is the only advantage Dooku has, a lightsaber could work too
