goku has survive blasts that would normally destroy planet and also Frieza was a powerful villain in the DBZ universe. His base form was a power level of 530,000, and that was enough for him to destroy an entire planet with a finger. his max is 120,000,000 and Goku at SS1 is 150,000,000. By the time he reached SS3 his power level was more than 10-50x stronger, thats enough to destroy more than 1000 planets at once. While I'm not using power levels to measure everything except his absolute power. Goku would be more than a match for naruto
