According to the square cube law Piccolo's size and weight would grow in three dimensions so 116kg x 10 x 10 x 10 = 116,000kg (116 tons)

Although I do not have the official scan (because 99% of them are in Japanese) we can already tell he grew at least 10x from looking at the scan. In fact, Goku is about the size of piccolos finger. So with that comparison, it actually looks like he grew more than 10x.
