Depends on what you mean by 'taken'. Vegeta's Galick Gun was intended to destroy earth. He took it on with his Kamehameha and overpowered it. Not to mention Vegito (or Gogeta?) took a blast that was enough to blow the earth 10x and kicked it like a football. A bit relative, but its more than good enough to prove he can take the damage.
Majin Buu (kid) casually destroys solar systems.
As for speed, in Dragonball Krillin and Jackie Chun (master Roshi) were able to move so fast that it appeared to normal people that they didnt move at all. This was during the World Martial arts Tournament.

Naruto doesn't have any comparable speed feats. Even his father's little kunai trick can be outdone by instant transmission. IT can even cross into the spirit world as well as wherever else.
Remember when Goku was dodging Jeice and Burtur so fast that they couldnt even tell if he was moving or not?

True, the light trail from his flight was still visible from his 5 rotations around the orbit. Grasp that, if you will. He strung 5 bands of LIGHT around the PLANET before they could dissipate.
