Namekians have a specific ability for this, although Goku can tank more damage than Namekians without damage, and can make their strength, speed, DC, etc look like piss too

Baba has a specific technique for doing this and has nothing to do with increases in strength, speed, durability, DC, etc, as such is not scalable to any character in the verse
