If skilled is not defined as fighting capability, R2 D2 is the best there is at what he does, even if what he does isn't fight.

If skilled includes fighter pilots, then Wedge Antilles and Rogue Squadron deserve a nod.

None of whom could take Wedge in ship to ship combat, so define what you mean by skilled.

Marksmen: Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Scree, Cad Bane, etc.
