Its pretty good if you are using "Classic" characters. Example, Cable currently is mid meta, if that. So he is using God Cable, a character that hasn't been shown in comics over 5 yrs.

Shaman would lose to anyone on the list or he is using a Shaman that hasn't been in comics for yrs. No current fts worth mentioning.

Snowbird is only as high as he is trying to make her during certain points. Her average power levels doesn't put her on the list. It's like me using World Breaker. A non average Hulk.

Hell storm would get merked by Hyperion, Blue Marvel, etc...

IMO...His list is misplaced and it seems like he put a lot of people on his list to avoid putting certain characters in those spots. I could be wrong though.

Ask him to post some recent fts.

But this thread says 'Most powerful overall', so while Hulk is unarguably a powerful herald, he lacks the versatility to make it into the top ten of a list like this imo.

Power isn't about versatility though. If that's the case, people like Superman and Gladiator would be flees compared to people like Surfer and Thor.

Gladiator is a beast but thumbs up to your post. I agree. Overall, both are not close to Surfers and Thor versatility. Also, making use of their powers? This is what Hulk has done with his powers and he only has increasing strength.
