Major Disaster vs Storm

The idea came from re-reading JLElite, who has better damage output and who would win in a fight?

No bfr

Disaster has more of a damage output, dunno about a fight....

With powers, Major Disaster with a clear majority. In a fist fight? Storm owns.

For a fight I meant a random encounter with all powers 😛
