I at least post the comics I've read and can tear basically anyone in a debate. You on the other hand? You hang on others argument and basically repeat the same argument over and over.

Agreed. Matt being able to block bullets is more due to his radar sense then bullet time reflexes, imo. When you can not only predict trajectories with pinpoint accuracy, but also tell exactly when they're going to shoot by their heart rate..

Not sure who the highest is. But he's held his own with Danny Rand a few times, fought Captain America and Elektra.
And the Hand had him on a list of the worlds greatest martial artists, on a list that included Wolverine and Danny.
For some reason, they never approached Cap or had him on the list, but that could be because they knew he'd never even consider leading them.

Yeah, Bru's run. Happened pretty early into it, around where Black Tarantula and Danny got mugged by hand ninja's looking to test them.
Logan was on the list, crossed off for some reason (If you don't like Logan, you'll assume he didn't make the cut, but a more fair assessment is they made the offer of leadership, he laughed until he couldn't breath, and they slinked away in embarrassment.)
