Ocarina of TIme's soundtrack will always be one of my favorites and its the one that I first think of.

I liked Final Fantasy 7's, Crisis Core. Metal Gear Solid 1's The Best is yet to come is top tier too. Lots of old PSX RPGs come to mind.

Zone of the Enders — The 2nd Runner. Particular favourites are ‘Jehuty - Vivid Transparency’ and ‘Zakat’.

And how could I forget Dragon Age Origins? Aubrey Ashburn is amazing. Her performance singing Leliana's Song was beautiful.

DAO had some really nice background music too. I can still remember some of the "combat music" that was used in the game.

Resident Evil 2 had an excellent soundtrack imo.
GTA VC (licensed or not, it was awesome).

XCOM EU and XCOM EW has the best music of any videogame I've played in my entire life.
