i think bp has psi dampeners as standard gear. it would be physical. grodd could certainly physically beat bp, but i'd give bp the good majority--hunting guys like grodd is pretty much what he was born to do.

This is the kind of matchup that I think would favour Black Panther, if he just wasn't so incredibly outmatched physically.
