Any given character from any of the DBZ sides could rofl-stomp the entire Ootsutsuki family. As well as the entire cast of Naruto.

What versions of the characters? I mean, if we've got DB Goku, and Gohan/Goten as kids, team Otsutsuki could viably stomp.

I'm assuming, however, that they're all at their respective peaks. So DBZ mercilessly stomps.

Yeah, when he was a seven year old Super Saiyan. It was stated in the Daizenshuu, as well as the DBZ special, Yo! Son Goku and friends return. Tarble is also considered cannon, so it checks out. This means that a seven year old, who couldn't even fly, was "around the level", of Frieza. Even if that was first form Frieza he was talking about, which isn't so since he did manage to tag Teen Gohan, that would still make Goten ridiculously stronger at that point then the Nardo-verse.

But yeah, Final Form Frieza, who was exactly as strong as both Abo or Cado, who were both around even to Goten and Trunks, would rofl-stomp the Nardo-verse by accidentally sneezing too hard.

Toneri isn't quite moon level from what we've seen imo... Creating/Destroying the moon and cutting it in half are different.

Hagoromo is honestly at minimum Moon level though, if we were to power scale from Toneri up.

Not even close HE sliced though the moon that's enough to say Moon level.
