Bat-Cow vs. everyone

Bat-Cow is bloodlusted.

"Everyone" means everyone. Marvel, DC, Image, whatever you want. Uber characters like Loebforce Rulk, Starlin's Thanos, Bendispower Cage and so on are allowed.

Is there any way to stop the Dark Cow of Gotham from having its vengeance?

Squirrel girl kills this cow and Lord Rand serves up steak.

Outside of Loeb Rulk absorption abilities, nothing is stopping this cow.

The cow destroys everyone starting with the batman.

After cow beats his dome in and Batty goes through some training, he'll start calling himself cowman.
