👆 nc has no chance in this match assuming this is normal, full powered flash. iirc correctly, quicksilver has beaten nc before his upgrade.

This fight is based off of who thinks and reacts faster and we all know the answer to that question.

It might still be relevant though. There IS a time lag to what NC does. Flash wins.

Well, not going to harp on which writer was treating his characters evenly and which was having a wank fest, but, i will agree it does happen to the best of them.

Actually no, that would be when Deathstroke stabbed the Flash with a sword by 'guessing' where he would be.

Death stroke, an enhanced human, out reacting Wally, who is a light speeder, and once was so fast he out reacted his own shadow....

Do you have scans of the Shadow ft? Also, are you implying Deathstroke as having Flash level speed?
