Earlier in the match, I was actually trying for two in a row, but you always beat me to the punch. Now, I've gone through most of my scans, so I really need you to post to justify one of my own. So I'm happy with the current setup. I promise I'm not planning a blindside in the final post.
lol great new sig and avy. 👆 and no worries--that is never a concern when we bz. 👆 👆 mondays and tues are tough for me to post, but i'll get something up today.

Whadaya think?
Too much work. We've made it work for the last decade with this format. And if someone really wants the last post, I'm happy to let them angle for it. It's an added element of strategy if it's really so important.
While I've not crunched numbers, I don't think it has too much bearing on the eventual winner anyway.
I think a "closing comments" section (done via PMs to Blair) would be cool, especially if it required no new scans or arguments.
I'd also appreciate if everybody felt that was too formal though.
EDIT: Scoob, are you back from vacation on the 6th? Would you like to start then, or would the 7th work better? I'm pretty flexible this week.
I think once or twice we allowed a brief "6th post" that was just to respond to anything new presented in the opponent's final post. I'll be honest, I hate the idea of PMing another post to anyone. But if, say, Leo wants to respond to a couple scans or paragraph I write in my last post, I'm cool with that.
that's plenty fair. i think the only issue is with being blind-sided. i certainly don't foresee any reason why i'll need to go beyond my 5 posts. will post in a couple hours i hope. sitting at a chess tournament with a group of kids from my school and been working on my post instead of marking. lol damn kmc!
