Not sure it matters now, with Abi posting. Charlotte PM'd me today, so I just assumed everyone was instructed to do so. I can post her judgement now, I just don't like public judgements - say what you will, but IMO most of the time it ends up influencing the other judges.

Personally I prefer someone else posting all of the judge rulings after receiving them by pm.

I think helps cut back on influence from other judges like you said. I also think it reduces pressure on the judges. Like oh I'm the last judge to vote and I can clearly see my vote is the deciding one. 😛
