Carman took on Batman in hth. Did decently well. He takes it in hth. Especially secret six version.

I don't know. Bullseye might do okay with those New York City boys, but he doesn't stack up against a real american.

On the other hand Catman hangs in Africa too, so he should be on another level. So..

1) Catman
2) Catman grabs whatever Bullseye throws at him, calls him a spineless bag of crap, gives him the first shot for free, then proceeds to take him apart.

Let's remember how well he did in a pseudo-sparring Bane. Brooding, non-serious Bane almost crushed Catman's fist, Lobo-style.

Bullseye fought Crossbones and managed to survive via spitting his tooth in Rumlow's eye, despite getting choked with hands that snap werewolf's neck like a twig. Lester not only fights on a pro level, he also fights dirty. Dirtier than Catman.

He also took on Bronze Tiger. Did decently well. Even though he was the first to fall, made Tiger lose enough blood for him to drop, iirc.
