I finally achieved the goal of getting my maximum and average heartrate both in the range of 200s when running on the treadmill.

I broke my treadmill last year.

I hate working till 4am.

I used to love pulling 24 duty (Mostly. Some duty stations it sucked). Gave me a chance to catch up on my reading, then go home and get drunk, pass out till just before dinner.
