Has anyone noticed Greedo is in the scene with Jabba & Han in Episode 4?

After Han killed Greedo, in the Special Edition scene of Han & Jabba, you see Greedo still alive standing there. Anyone notice this? Doesn't this seem a bit odd since he's supposed to have died?

Maybe his twin. There are a lot of twins.
