I dont know, T-800s are damn durable, and TW vampires are known more for their speed in fights over their strength. Edward was demolished by the big vampire guy when he went to visit the Vampire Court, I personally see the T-800 doing the same or similiar.
T-1000 stomps, hes basically immune to physical punching attacks, Edward isnt.

Edward was beaten by Felix because he'd been starving himself for quite a while. Also, Felix(the guy who beat him) only had one power. Which is to be fast and strong. His vampire power was literally to be the most physically dominant vampire the Volturi ever found, and on top of that he can predict his opponents moves.
So you take the strongest/fastest guy ever, give him battle precog, and then put him up against Edward who'd been starving himself for some time and wasn't truly willing to fight.
T-800 would never lay a hand on Edward.

Is Felix stronger than a newborn?
It was never brought up as far as I recall. Bella beat Emmett when she was a newborn, but Felix is a lot stronger than Emmett considering Edward was always able to win against him with his telepathy.
It's possible, but it's just as possible Felix being the huge mofo he is is more powerful than a newborn.
