Doom vs. T'challa

I think Hank Pym might be smarter the BP. As for Reed being the smartest? To be honest, I always more or less saw him and Doom as equals.

People can argue others are smarter but, really at some point you have to look at application as well as IQ.

but wakanda is considered the most advanced country in the marvel earth

yet most people have tony over t'challa? tech/science feat wise
