What do you think? Can her total weather control overwhelm Hellion?
Keep in mind she can overwhelm the Black King with cold.

Storm can give people seizures and freeze you from inside out now.

That said, there is no way she'd be willing to kill an X-kid here. She'd win but this would basically be a sparring match.
