Cade does have oodles and oodles of force power. He may not have the saber polish, but his force talent is massive. TK, barriers, lightning, the works. Dark transfer is just part of his arsenal, after all.

He'd sense the power. Probably seem familiar, even.

I see Cade winning due to his Skywalker heritage, immense potential. But if not Cade, then Dooku. Uliq's only impressive feat is stalemating Kun in the early days.

Beating Ommin, blocking Basilisk cannon-fire with shields and his strength + speed feats are also all impressive.

Ulic pretty solidly. Cade is a wildcard due to his immense power and abilities but he's simply too unrefined, and Dooku is completely outclassed.
