Help me name this movie!!!
So I trying to find a movie I stumbled upon while watching TV once. I didn't see much, but I believe the main plot of the movie was that whatever the author wrote in his books was happening in the town. The only scene I vividly remember was them driving down the street at night and repeatedly passing the same creepy old man on a bike.
Anyone have any ideas on what movie this is?
